Micro-dispensing Valve P-Jet
Pneumatically operated High-speed Valve for jet dispensing of fluids with middle to low viscosity.
The Micro-dispensing Valve P-Jet is designed for none-contact application of lacquers, soldering flux, oils and greases. Due to the possibility of varying the triggering time in the range of milliseconds, the dispensing volume of a single shot can be adjusted from 50 nl up to some millilitres. With this possibility, depending on the medium, dispensing of single dots up to strand forming lines and bigger volumes is feasible. Because of the design and the minimal clearance volume, it is possible to reproduce the adjusted dispensing volume with high accuracy.
