Micro-dispensing Valve P-DOT AN (anaerob)
Pneumaticallly operated High-speed Valve for jet dispensing of anaerobic adhesives.
The Micro-dispensing Valve P-Dot AN is an advanced version of the Valve P-Dot in order to allow the dispension of anaerobic adhesives. By using appropriate materials in the fluidic area of the valve and an especially designed seal seat, it became possible to dispense adhesives, used for glueing metals, magnets and ferrites together, to allow safe production in industrial processes. The area for most applications of the P-Dot AN is in the field of assembling of bolts, ball bearings and shafts with anaerobic adhesives like Loctite 648.
